In today’s digital-first world, a professional headshot is essential. Whether you’re a sole trader or managing a growing team, strong imagery helps present your business as approachable, credible and professional.

My staff headshot sessions are relaxed and efficient, designed to put people at ease while delivering consistent, high-quality results.

I can come to your workplace or an outdoor location of your choice.

Images are delivered via online gallery, in colour and B&W with unlimited corporate use.

Session Time:

Our mobile studio is ready for action after approximately 30 minutes of on-site setup. Portraits are captured efficiently, typically taking 2–5 minutes per person, allowing large teams to be photographed smoothly and consistently.


Space Required:

Our lighting setup typically requires approximately 2 x 5 metres for optimal results. We can, however, adapt to smaller spaces if necessary.


Backdrop Preferences:

We offer a selection of portable backdrops in white, grey, black, bone, pink, green, and navy, and can bring up to two on-site per session. Alternatively, portraits can be captured in environmental backgrounds, such as your office space, a textured wall, or outdoors. This flexibility ensures a consistent, professional look across multiple locations. See examples below.

Per-Person Portrait Pricing:


2–5 people: $125 per person (+GST)

6–15 people: $95 per person (+GST)

16–30+ people: $80 per person (+GST)


Each session includes guided photography and professional retouching, with 3 final images delivered per person.

Each image is delivered in colour and black and white.

Web and High resolution versions

Unlimited usage rights


If you would like more than three headshot, additional images are priced at $50 each (+GST)

Additional Images are provided in colour & black and white.


Group Shots

$200 (+GST)

Includes one edited group shot image provided in colour & black and white.

Extra images of same group in same setting are priced at $50 each (+GST)
